Terms And Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through the official online booking platform, the customer (“Client”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all training sessions, services, and activities conducted by Football Training Technology Pty Ltd, including any associated staff, contractors, or representatives.

The Client further acknowledges that these Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Football Training Technology Pty Ltd. If the Client is making a booking on behalf of another individual (including a minor), the Client warrants that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of that individual.

​

If the Client does not agree to these Terms & Conditions, they must not proceed with any booking or participation in training sessions.

​

2. Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through the official online booking platform provided by Football Training Technology Pty Ltd. Bookings made through any other means are not considered confirmed unless expressly approved.

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the requested session time. A booking will not be confirmed, and no session slot will be reserved, until payment has been successfully processed and received in full.

​

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed booking will be honoured at the price paid at the time of booking.

​

All purchases are final, subject strictly to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund provisions outlined in these Terms & Conditions. The Client acknowledges that by completing a booking, they are committing to the selected session time and associated fees.

​

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

The Client acknowledges that session availability is limited and that cancellations impact business operations.

​

3.1 More than 4 Hours’ Notice

Where the Client provides more than 4 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time, they may request to reschedule the booking. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking and is subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of notice provided.

​

3.2 Less than 4 Hours’ Notice

Where less than 4 hours’ notice is provided, the booking will be forfeited. The Client will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or rescheduling unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Football Training Technology Pty Ltd.

​

3.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the full session fee will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.

​

3.4 Discretion

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests at its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to repeated cancellations or misuse of the booking system.

​

3.5 Consumer Law

Nothing in this clause overrides the Client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

​

4. Late Arrival

All sessions will commence and conclude strictly at the scheduled times as indicated in the booking confirmation.

​

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival will not result in an extension of the session duration. The session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of the Client’s arrival time.

​

No partial refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for any time lost due to late arrival.

​

5. Participant Requirements

Participants must comply with all requirements necessary to ensure safe and effective participation.

​

Participants must:

​

• Wear appropriate sports attire suitable for football (soccer) training

• Wear appropriate footwear, as specified by Football Training Technology Pty Ltd

• Be physically capable of participating in training activities

 

The Client is responsible for ensuring that any participant is medically fit to participate. Any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or limitations must be disclosed prior to the session.

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation where it reasonably believes that participation may pose a risk to the individual or others.

​

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in training sessions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, collision, impact injuries, equipment-related incidents, and environmental hazards.

​

By booking and attending a session, the Client:

​

• Acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participation

• Understands that such risks may result in injury, illness, or damage

• Voluntarily assumes all risks, whether known or unknown

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to release and hold harmless Football Training Technology Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with participation in any training session.

​

This includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from negligence.

​

To the extent permitted by law, Football Training Technology Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.

​

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

​

7. Minors

For participants under the age of 18 years:

​

• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent prior to participation

• The parent or guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor

• The parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation, conduct, and safety

 

The parent or guardian further agrees to indemnify Football Training Technology Pty Ltd against any claims arising from the minor’s participation.

​

8. Facility & Equipment Use

Clients and participants agree to:

• Use all equipment in a safe and responsible manner

• Follow all instructions provided by staff

• Comply with all safety guidelines and directions

 

Any misuse, negligence, or intentional damage to equipment or facilities may result in the Client being held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to any person who fails to comply with these requirements.

​

9. Behaviour Policy

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive training environment.

​

Clients and participants must not:

​

• Engage in unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour

• Use inappropriate or offensive language

• Fail to follow instructions or safety guidelines

 

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or immediately terminate a session without refund where such behaviour occurs.

​

10. Cancellations by Provider

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

​

• Equipment failure

• Staff unavailability

• Safety concerns

• Facility issues or unforeseen events

 

In such cases, the Client will be offered a rescheduled session or a credit for future use.

​

Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

​

11. Media Release

By attending a session, the Client grants Football Training Technology Pty Ltd permission to capture photographs and video recordings of participants.

​

Such media may be used for:

​

• Marketing and promotional purposes

• Social media content

• Website and advertising materials

 

If the Client does not consent to the use of such media, they must notify Football Training Technology Pty Ltd in writing prior to the session.

​

12. Privacy

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd collects personal information necessary to process bookings and deliver services.

​

All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will only be used for:

​

• Booking management

• Communication with Clients

• Operational purposes

 

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

​

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

​

The Client agrees that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

14. Amendments

Football Training Technology Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The most current version will always be available via the official website or booking platform. Continued use of the booking system and participation in sessions constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
